![]() The absolute worst experience in all our lives. ![]() Any social site reviews you come across tells a blazing tale of ineptitude, negligence, recklessness AT SCALE by this company.ĭO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE !! I would hope the state license providers and the payment processors for PrimeTime Shuttle take a hard look at this operation. It is a likely possibility given the high rate of complaints of driver no-shows and trouble getting promised and duly eligible refunds, that they bank on customers giving up on their refund pursuits. Here is what I believe they do: Given a limited set of drivers or vehicles, if someone books a ride offering a higher fare, they will mercilessly ditch you regardless of a confirmed booking. Gross negligence at best, shady scam conduct at worst !!! And their ineptitude extends to not being able to revert simple transactions. These folks can't run a reliable operation at the jeopardy of travelers, leaves you hanging dry. (Edit - chargebacks worked, the bank got me back the money.) Guess what - after two days we find that instead of a refund, we have been CHARGED AGAIN!!!!! My rage knows no bounds now !! I am now talking with my bank to run a charge back. We got an email confirmation saying our trip is being canceled by an Admin for reasons of No Available Driver and would be fully refunded. Ridiculous? This isn't even the cringiest bit. And after 50 minutes of waiting on the curb with tired crying hungry children in tow, the rep tells us our ride is NOT coming and go figure out alternative transportation on our own. We were in touch with customer service all along, they asked us to keep on waiting. Our driver was a no show at the airport pickup. What good is a low booking rate, if the booking does not get honored, leaves you stranded at a sensitive time, have to find alternative EXPENSIVE transportation at the last urgent minute, AND if you have to fight tooth and nail in the days after to get that money back, if at all you do ? Find a different transportation solution. Please be aware of the no service and unprofessional response. This was not just poor service but most unprofessional in how they handled the whole situation. I had used Supper Shuttle in the past but they are no longer in business. I cancelled the return shuttle stating that how would I know if the return shuttle may also be cancelled leaving us stranded in Long Beach, upon our return. The advise they gave me was to hang up and find other transportation. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told no one was available. ![]() The reply was there was no van available so I asked if theyĬould send two cars. ![]() I explained that I had not received the text. I was told that Prime Time had texted me the day before to let me know that the van had been cancelled. On Monday, May 16, 2022, 11:45, I called to confirm because I did not receive an update on my phone. My family was visiting from out of town for the family cruise. Trip ID 921328, passengers 7 and luggage 9. On May 3, 2021, I booked a Prime Time shuttle Private Van to take my family to the port in Long Beach for a cruise.
